Terms & Conditions


  1. All emails are generally answered within 12 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  2. If you do not receive a response within 12 hours, please send your message again.

Refunds and Returns

Only applicable to cases where –

  1. The product is damaged
    1. Excluding
      1. damages incurred during the delivery process, or
      2. damages due to careless handling by the purchaser
    2. Refunds or return will not be available where
      1. The damaged product is contained and sealed in its original packaging, and
      2. The damage can only be discovered after the removing of its original packaging
      3. In which case, we will not be liable, but we will assist the purchaser to contact the manufacturer.
  2. The product sent is not the item ordered, in which case,
    1. Please return the wrong item, and
    2. The correct product will be resent, and
    3. The purchaser will be reimbursed for the costs incurred for returning the wrong item.
  3. The product is found to be different to its description stated in our online store, in which case, the purchaser can either
    1. Keep the product, or
    2. Return the product to us, and receive a full refund including the original postage
  4. Please contact us in order to arrange for the return or refund process.
  5. Please allow time for resending of an order.

Money Back Guarantee

  1. If the purchaser is not reasonably satisfied with the purchased product, a full refund will be available only if
    1. The purchaser notifies us within 10 days of the purchase date
    2. The returned product must be in its original packaging and condition
    3. The purchaser is liable for the costs in returning the product
    4. The original postage paid will not be refunded
  2. We have reasonable discretion to reject any application for a Money Back Guarantee.

Wrong address

  1. In the case where products are returned due to wrong address (not being our mistake or error), the products will be resent after the correct postal address is provided by the purchaser.
  2. Resending of an order may take up to 2 to 3 working days.


1. We guarantee all orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours after we receive the payment, excluding weekends and public holidays.
